摘要:
速激肽及其受体广泛分布于大脑中枢神经系统中,特别是与情绪相关的边缘系统中。已 有大量研究证据表明速激肽及其受体与抑郁症的发病密切相关。现对速激肽及其受体与抑郁症关系的 研究进展进行综述,为明确抑郁症的发病机制及治疗靶点提供新方向。

Research progress on the relationship between tachykinin/ tachykinin receptors and depression

Abstract:
The tachykinin/ tachykinin receptors are widely distributed in the central nervous system of the brain, especially in the limbic system associated with emotion. Accumulating evidence has indicated that the tachykinin/ tachykinin receptors may contribute to the pathophysiology of depression. This article reviews the research on the relationship between tachykinin/ tachykinin receptors and depression, and it may enrich the understanding of the pathological processes of depression and provide insights into therapeutic approaches for its treatment.
