环状RNA在神经退行性疾病和动脉粥样硬化中的 作用研究进展

摘要:
环状 RNA(circRNA)是近年来新发现的一类内源性闭合环状非编码 RNA,可作为微小 RNA 吸附海绵、RNA 结合蛋白、转录调控因子等多种形式调控靶基因表达,在细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡和 衰老等生物过程中发挥重要作用。circRNA 在神经系统及心血管系统高丰度表达,并通过多种机制广 泛参与衰老相关疾病发生、发展进程。最新研究表明,circRNA 在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病及动脉粥样 硬化等衰老相关疾病中扮演关键角色。现就 circRNA 在神经退行性疾病及动脉粥样硬化的作用及机制 进行综述。

Abstract:
Circular RNA (circRNA), a new class of endogenous closed non-coding RNA, which has been discovered in recent years and can be used as microRNA adsorption sponge, RNA-binding protein, transcription regulators and other ways to regulate the expression of target genes. It plays an important role in cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis, aging and other biological processes. CircRNA is highly expressed in the nervous system and cardiovascular system, and is widely involved in the occurrence and development of agerelated diseases through various mechanisms. Recent studies have shown that circRNA plays a key role in agerelated diseases such as Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease and atherosclerosis. This article reviews the role and mechanism of circRNA in neurodegenerative diseases and atherosclerosis.
