| 巴林特小组是改善医患关系的一种干预手段，可以提高医护人员沟通能力，改善职业倦
怠。现介绍巴林特小组的起源与发展、国内外研究现状、作用机制及活动流程，总结巴林特小组在医护
人员应用中存在的问题并提出了建议，展望巴林特小组在我国更多领域的推广应用前景，旨在为后续
研究工作提供方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| Balint group is an intervention to improve the relationship between doctors and patients，
which can improve the communication ability of medical staff and improve job burnout. This paper introduces the
origin and development， research status at home and abroad， action mechanism， and activity process of Balint
group， and summarizes the problems existing in the application of Balint group in medical staff and puts forward
some suggestions. The prospect of the applications of Balint group in more fields in China is prospected， in order
to provide the direction for follow-up research work. |
