DNA甲基化及5-羟甲基胞嘧啶与抑郁症的研究进展

摘要:
抑郁症作为精神科最常见的疾病之一,至今病因尚未完全阐明。现有研究提示,遗传与 环境的交互作用在抑郁症发病机制中具有重要地位。近年来,研究发现表观遗传学与抑郁症的发生发 展可能存在紧密关系。现综述表观遗传学中的研究热点 DNA 甲基化修饰、5- 羟甲基胞嘧啶与抑郁症之 间的关系,旨在更全面地为抑郁症的病因和治疗提供新证据和方向。

Research progress of DNA methylation and 5-hmC in the pathogenesis of depression

Abstract:
Depression is one of the most common mental disorders. Its etiology has not been fully clarified. Existing research shows that the interaction between heredity and environment plays an important role in the pathogenesis of depression. In recent years, epigenetics has been found to be closely related to the occurrence and development of depression. This article reviews the epigenetic relationship between DNA methylation, 5-hydroxymethylcytosine and depression, in order to provide new evidence and direction for the etiology and treatment of depression more comprehensively.
