Abstract:
Parkinsonian-plus syndrome is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system whose main clinical manifestations are Parkinson disease like symptoms such as bradykinesia, postural reflex disorder, and muscle rigidity. It contains many types of diseases, and the lesions often involve multiple body regions. Clinical diagnosis is difficult, and it does not respond well to the anti-Parkinson drugs routinely used in the clinic. This article reviews the research progress of the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics and treatment of Parkinsonian-plus syndrome, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of the mechanism of Parkinsonian-plus syndrome and individual clinical diagnosis and treatment.
