摘要:
精神分裂症病理机制不明,即使经充分有效治疗后,仍有30% 以上的患者由于疗效欠佳 发展为难治性精神分裂症,造成重大疾病负担。现从难治性精神分裂症治疗现状、神经病理机制、潜在 治疗靶点及疗效预测等方面进行综述,希望能够为难治性精神分裂症的病理机制研究及治疗提供参考。

Abstract:
The pathological mechanism of schizophrenia remain unclear. More than 30% of schizophrenic patients become treatment refractory schizophrenia due to poor curative effect, even after adequate and effective treatment. It results in significant disease burden. This article reviews the current treatment, neuropathological mechanism, potential therapeutic targets and curative effect prediction of refractory schizophrenia, hoping to provide reference for the pathological mechanism research and treatment of refractory schizophrenia.
